Step 1A: Check Your Email
You will receive an email that looks very similar to this. This is your invitation email. If you don't see it in your inbox, make sure to check your junk or spam folders. You can also search your email for the subject 'Welcome to Metabolic Fix'. Once you've located the email, click the big green button with the text 'Set up your account'.
Step 1B: If You Can't Find Your Email
If for some reason you can't find your invitation email after checking your inbox, junk, and spam folders you can still set up your account. Simply click on the link below to be redirected to a web based sign in. Once there, click 'Forgot Password?' and enter the email address you used when registering. If an account is found you will be emailed a reset link. Clicking the link will take you to Step 2. If an account is not found, you will not receive a reset link. At this point please email us at [email protected]
Recover AccountStep 2: Set Up Your Account
After clicking on the large green button in your invitation email (Step 1A) or clicking on the password reset link in the email you received after recovering your account (Step 1B), you are redirected to a quick account setup webpage. Follow the step by step instructions filling in details like your age, height, weight, etc. It takes just a few minutes, and we encourage you to be as detailed as possible. After completing this step you are directed to download the app from the app store.
Step 3: Set Up Your App
After completing Step 2 you are prompted to download and install the Metabolic Fix premium workout app (by Trainerize). Once dowloaded, open the app, sign in, and setup your personal preferences. This is the last important setup step and only takes a few minutes to complete.
