No worry! Each masterclass will be recorded, emailed, and posted to the virtual community within 24 hours. If you can’t join us live, or, if you want to revisit anything we talked about during the training, you’ll have lifetime access to the recordings, right at your fingertips. 

It says it’s free, does that mean it’s just one long sales call?

Absolutely not! The information that you’ll get inside the Metabolic Fix Fat Loss Bootcamp is life-changing. Every strategy I share inside is pulled directly from the handcrafted, expert-level programming I provide to my high-access 1:1 clients. I firmly believe EVERY woman should have access to the tools they need to live the life they deserve. This is my way of giving back.

This is a very busy season for me, I’m wondering, what is the time investment?

Good question, it IS a busy season! Each masterclass is 60-90 minutes in length. You will receive daily homework assignments and if you want to play full-out (and be entered to win great prizes), joining in on the group conversations inside our virtual community is a must. Expect to spend about 10-15 minutes per day on normal days and about 90 minutes/day on the two masterclass days. Remember, results take effort. Getting the body of your dreams is simple, but not always easy.
