It is intended as an introductory program and does not include private coaching.

2. Payment Terms
The RESET program is a one-time purchase. Payment is due in full at enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
There are no cancellations or refunds for the RESET program once purchased. As this is a digital and downloadable experience, access is immediate, and the sale is final.

8. Completion Guarantee Terms

The 7-Day Reset includes a Completion Guarantee: if you complete 100% of the program, your purchase price ($47) will be refunded in full.

  • Completion is tracked automatically by our learning management system (LMS). Once your progress reaches 100%, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • To be eligible, completion must occur within 12 months of your purchase date.

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer and apply only to the original Reset purchase.

  • Metabolic Fix reserves the right to make the final determination on refund eligibility in cases of system error, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the guarantee.
